On Demand Deliveries

What are my Rush Courier service options?

We offer 3 levels of services to meet all of your needs:

  • Stat – Available if package is ready between 7:00 am and 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, and can be delivered within 2 hours of your call (available 24 hours a day/seven days a week).
  • 4-Hour – Available if package is ready between 7:00 am and 1:00 pm, Monday through Friday, and can be delivered within 4 hours of your call.
  • Same Day – Available if package is ready between 7:00 am and 10:00 am, Monday through Friday, and can be delivered anytime before 5 pm the same day.

We are able to meet all of your service needs with a variety of pricing and service options.

What are your Courier Rates?

Our rates are calculated by a combination of a base rate and a weight rate if the shipment exceeds 100 pounds. The rates are based on a city to city pricing schedule. Our rates are easy to compute and easy to understand. Call us at (407) 841-2586 for complete rate sheets throughout Florida.

What are your Hours of Operation?

We are available for On Demand Deliveries 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.  Our offices are staffed at varying hours based on each location.  Please contact an individual office for their specific hours.

How far in advance of delivery do I need to schedule my delivery?

We have couriers available in Central Florida for On Demand deliveries 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Can you deliver shipments that require different size vehicles including straight trucks with lift gate?

Yes, we have vehicles of varying sizes available including straight trucks (up to 26 feet) with lift gates. If possible, please schedule these trucks in advance as availability is limited. When a shipment can not be scheduled in advance, do not hesitate to call us. We may have a truck available, and we will always be able to estimate their availability time.

How do you track my shipment?

Our office is totally computerized. We electronically time track the shipment from the point of the order until the order is delivered. All items entering and leaving our warehouse are barcode scanned each time the package is moved.

How long am I on the phone to place an order?

We retain all pick up and delivery information from order to order. This allows us to know the location of your customers, and therefore, reduce the time you are on the phone with us. Our address database contains over 30,000 locations throughout Central Florida.

How do I setup an account?

Call us at 407-841-2586, or email us. We will ask for basic information (address, phone number, etc.) and you will be ready to go!

Scheduled/Routed Deliveries

When do I receive the Delivery Window of my scheduled order?

We provide this to you the afternoon prior to delivery.  The window of your delivery is based on the driver’s entire route.  That route is set and finalized the afternoon prior to delivery.

How far in advance do I need to schedule my delivery?

All Routed Deliveries should be scheduled at least two days before delivery. This advance scheduling provides us the best opportunity to ensure that we meet your schedule and individual requests.

Will you deliver into my home or is the delivery into the garage?

This answer depends on your specific type of delivery and order.  Please call or email us so we can accurately provide you this information based on your order.

How do you track my shipment?

Can I pick up my order from your office/warehouse?

Yes, individuals may pick up from our office/warehouse. Please notify us in advance that you would like to do this to ensure that we have your package ready when you arrive.

How quickly is my order delivered after you receive it?

We do everything possible to deliver your order quickly after receipt.  This is generally done within just a few business days.  We will work with you during the scheduling process to ensure the delivery is completed as quickly as possible.
